Our Firm History
The McBroom Group is a distinctive healthcare human resource consulting firm that provides consultative human-capital services to clients across the healthcare spectrum; including community hospitals, academic medical centers, healthcare systems, medical practice groups, and other healthcare related organizations.
The McBroom Group was founded in 2013 with the vision that a small focused consulting firm was a far more efficient and effective way to serve our clients. The founding partner, Michael J. McBroom, FACHE, along with colleagues, believes a small dedicated group of highly qualified professionals can handle matters more responsively and resourcefully than their larger counterparts. This belief developed over a forty year executive career of hiring and working with a large number of consulting firms in the healthcare industry. Consultants working with The McBroom Group are actual healthcare executives with real leadership experience. We focus on ownership value with leadership solutions, and by implementing operational programs that minimize risk, achieve growth and improve profits. Our clients view us as trusted business partners.
Our professional practice follows the standards of ethical behavior established by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) Code of Professional Practice & Standards of Excellence and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Code of Ethics.
